Please contact us with your questions or inquiries. Trinity Communities Master Association's (TCMA) main function and purpose is the management of natural water flow and control (e.g. Weirs, vegetation that blocks water flow, and water erosion of land) associated with bodies of water such as lakes, ponds, and streams located on TCMA common areas. TCMA also provides landscaping maintenance for TCMA common areas. 
 
TCMA employs property management services with respect to the above functions, as well as records management, contracting process, financial management, fees, payment, collection and accounting. Accordingly, questions or inquiries regarding these matters should first be directed to the "TCMA Property Manager" in the drop down selection. 
 
TCMA is a Master Association and it's property does not consist of habitable buildings. However, fees due to TCMA from units within Neighborhood Associations maybe owed by such units to TCMA.  Requests for TCMA estoppel letters/ certs should be emailed to Estoppels@MelroseCorportion.com
Requesters should also seek estoppel letters/ certs from the specific Neighborhood Association where the property is located.
