“Preservation“ of HOA Declarations

2021 Trinity Master Association (TCMA) and the Florida Marketable Record Title Act:
This State law indicates that deed-restricted communities in Florida (and in other states, as well) expire within 30 years of inception. ... Some communities do continue to pay dues, and associations will keep serving the community—but there's nothing under the law that requires residents to pay after expiration unless HOA governing documents are “preserved” before expiration.

Trinity Master Association's 30 year anniversary is 2023, approx. (TCMA inception was 1993 May 28th).  "Preservation" was performed the summer of 2021 for TCMA.
Therefore, should the 14 Subdivision HOA Communities in Trinity likewise prepare to follow Florida instructions for the “preservation“ of their declarations?
Please check the date upon which your HOA’s Articles of Incorporation were dated and signed.

Let’s find a short and economic way in which to get this accomplished for your individual HOA.  Find an effective  process with least amount of effort, and without any legal fees?
See Florida Statutes 720.403 and 720.3032.

These “preservation“ activities were approved to be conducted by TCMA as per the following TCMA Board Minutes approval 2021-05-17.
