TCMA BOD

The Trinity Communities Master Association, Inc. (TCMA), is a Florida Incorporated Not-for-Profit, Master Association that was established in 1993 with the purpose, including but not limited to, the following: 1. Protect the value of the property of the Owners and Members of the Association; 2 To control and regulate the use of certain properties; 3. Promote and provide adequate and proper maintenance to Association property; 4. To acquire, hold, convey and deal with real and personal properties of the Association; and 5. To promote the recreation, general welfare. benefit and enjoyment of the Owners. The Association has all the reasonable necessary powers to perform its obligations and duties. As of 2023, the Master Association is responsible for TCMA property and TCMA common areas.

TCMA is comprised of 14 separate Home Owners (HOA) Neighborhood Associations (included Associations are: Heritage Springs, Foxwood, Champions' Club, Trinity Preserve, Trinity East, Villages at Trinity Lakes, Peachtree, Inveraray,  St. George, Spyglass, Hampton Cove, Fairview,  Bellerive, and Laurel Green, and 58 Commercial properties. These separate Neighborhood Associations and Commercial properties consist of and account for a total of 3,948 units. It is estimated that approximately 8,000 plus persons reside within these HOA communities. Each of these Neighborhood Associations operate independently under their own governing documents. As a Master Association, the TCMA Board operates under a representational form of governance. Under TCMA's Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions at Article IV, Section 4.02 for purpose of TCMA Board Meetings, Notices, Elections, and Rights and Privileges of association membership, the term "membership" means and is exercised "only by the duly-authorized representatives of the Neighborhood Associations"---not by individual residential owners within Neighborhood Associations. The number of votes belonging to a Neighborhood Association is equal to the number of residential lots or units located within such Neighborhood Association. This provides the relative voting weights attributed to each Neighborhood Association.

TCMA as a Master Association does not have habitable structures, its mission is water management flow and erosion control associated with bodies of water such as lakes, ponds, and streams located on TCMA properties and TCMA common areas. TCMA also provides landscaping maintenance for TCMA properties and TCMA common areas. TCMA has a Private Park for recreational purposes (Pickle Ball Courts, Dog fenced area, Children's playground, and walking paths) that is available to the TCMA Neighborhood Associations' owners or residents and TCMA Commercial properties residents.

The Master Association is managed by a Board of Directors (BOD). The TCMA BOD is assisted for daily operational purposes by a contracted management company that is staffed with a State of Florida licensed Community Association Manager.
